Plant Parts Used:  Twigs, leaves, and bark

Extraction Method:  Steam distilled from the leaves, bark, and twigs

Physical Characteristics:  Colourless  to pale yellowy green.

Aroma: Sharp, fresh camphoraceous odor.

Main Note:  Top

Main Constituents: Thujone(approx. 60 percent), fenchone, camphor, sabinene, and pinene among others.

Blends With:  Lavander, lavandin, sage and cedarwood.

Safety Precautions: Oral toxin-poisonous due to high thujone content.  Abortifacient.
